    • Commission rates and payout terms may vary and will be outlined in your affiliate agreement or dashboard.
    • We reserve the right to modify commission rates and payout terms at any time with prior notice.

  4. Payouts:

    • Payouts are typically made on a monthly basis, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold.
    • Payment methods and currency options may vary and will be specified in your affiliate agreement or dashboard.
    • We are not responsible for any fees or charges incurred during the payment process, such as currency conversion or transaction fees.

  5. Intellectual Property:

    • You may use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products/services as an affiliate.
    • You are not authorized to modify or alter our intellectual property in any way without prior written consent.

  6. Termination:

    • Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
    • Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid out in accordance with the terms outlined in the affiliate agreement.

  7. Limitation of Liability:

    We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in our affiliate program.
