Terms and Conditions for Reseller + Rebranding License

By purchasing the Reseller + Rebranding License, you are granted the right to distribute the WaSender software under your own brand name and logo.
This license is a one-time purchase that includes the rebranding of the software with your provided name and logo, along with a license key generator (Keygen) for managing customer licenses.

Reseller Rights: You may distribute the rebranded software to your customers for personal or business use.
Customization: The branding (name, logo & color if needed) provided at the time of purchase will be applied to the software. Any future changes to branding will require an additional fee.
Keygen Access: You will receive access to the Keygen to generate license keys for your customers. License keys are subject to validation and are monitored for compliance.
License Limitations: The Keygen provided is for internal use only. Unauthorized distribution or use of the Keygen is prohibited and will result in the revocation of your reseller rights.

Update Fees: Software updates, including branding adjustments (name, logo & color if needed), will be subject to a fee of PKR 15,500 or $150 per update. We will give you discounts on these prices.
Update Process: Updates will include bug fixes, security patches, and feature enhancements. Your rebranded software will be provided with the same name and logo after each update.
Frequency of Updates: Updates are typically released on a regular basis, mostly it’s internal updates, for these updates you don’t have to pay anything. If we released major update that need to install with new version, for this update you will be charged and you will be notified when an update is available.

Technical Support: Resellers are entitled to standard support related to software installation, license generation, and minor branding issues.
Priority Support: For critical issues or additional customization, premium support options may be available at an additional cost.

One-Time Fee: The Reseller and Rebranding License is a one-time fee.
Update Fees: Future updates will require an additional fee of PKR 15,500 or $150 per update.
Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full prior to receiving access to the branded software or future updates.

Breach of Terms: In the event of a breach of these terms, including the misuse of the Keygen or unauthorized distribution of licenses, we reserve the right to terminate your license immediately.
License Revocation: If the license is revoked, you will no longer have access to updates, technical support, or the ability to generate license keys.

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to the loss of profits or data.
The software is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties regarding its performance or compatibility beyond what is explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Resellers will be notified of significant changes in advance.
